Smoothie delicios bogat in vitamine

Acest smoothie minunat, iti ofera toate substantele nutritive esentiale intr-un singur pahar.
Este bogat in vitaminele C, B12, calciu si magneziu.
Consuma cate un pahar in fiecare zi, timp de doua saptamani si vei obtine un plus de energie.

Ai nevoie de:
1 papaya
1 banana
1 mar verde
1 cana de gheata
4 – 5 frunze de spanac

1. Curata papaya, banana si marul.
2. Pune in blender toate fructele.
3. Adauga cana de gheata.
4. Optional, poti adauga si putina apa.
